Twenty years of working inside organizations, not just advising from the outside, shapes every part of this work. Whatever you're navigating, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Reach out
Send a message or book a free call — no pressure, just a conversation.
2
Discovery call
We talk through what you're navigating and whether working together makes sense.
3
Tailored plan
Every engagement is built around your specific situation, not a template.
4
We get to work
Real, consistent support; coaching, consulting, or both, for as long as you need it.
Coaching
For the leader
"Sometimes you just need space to think, refocus, and lead like yourself again."
Executive Coaching
A lot of coaching focuses on the top, but nonprofit leaders and middle managers are often the ones carrying the most weight with the least support. If you're leading a team, managing up and down at the same time, and figuring it out as you go, this is for you. Leadership is hard at every level and these sessions are open to anyone ready to slow down, get clear, and lead with more intention.
Guided by iPEC Core Energy Coaching methodology — helping you understand not just what you're doing, but the energy and mindset you're bringing to it.
This is a good fit if you are
A nonprofit leader feeling stretched thin
A mid-level manager navigating pressure from every direction
Someone who's lost the thread of why they got into this work
Ready to lead more intentionally and with more confidence
Training & Facilitation
These sessions are hands-on, practical, and built around what your team actually needs — not a generic slideshow. Staff and volunteers walk away with tools they can use right away and a little more confidence in how they show up to do their work. Every session is tailored because no two teams are exactly alike.
Topics include
Leadership development
Team communication
Volunteer engagement
Group coaching
Organizational culture

Services

Consulting
For the organization
"When things are stretched thin, having steady, experienced support can make all the difference."
Operations & Capacity
Sometimes an organization hits a rough patch — a staffing gap, a leadership transition, or systems that just haven't kept up with the growth. This is hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves support to help stabilize things, fill in the gaps, and build processes that actually hold up over time. The goal is always to leave things in better shape than they were found.
This work includes
Managing leadership transitions and staffing gaps
Cleaning up systems that haven't kept up with growth
Stabilizing operations so your team stays focused on the mission
Execution Support
When an organization needs more than a plan, it needs someone to help carry it. This is steady, experienced support that steps in where it's needed most, keeps things moving, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks during transitions, growth spurts, or periods of change.
This work includes
Keeping high-priority projects moving forward
Filling gaps when capacity is stretched thin
Bringing steady leadership during periods of change

Your Questions, Answered

  • Both. Some clients come as individuals looking for coaching support. Others bring me in at the organizational level for consulting or training. Some start with one and add the other.

  • Low pressure. We talk about what you're dealing with, what you're hoping for, and whether working together makes sense. No pitch, no commitment required.

  • It depends on what you're navigating. Coaching engagements often run 3–6 months. Consulting can be shorter or longer depending on the scope. We figure it out together on the discovery call.

  • Fees vary depending on the type of engagement, scope, and length of work.
