I didn't get into this work from the outside. I lived it.

Over 20 years working inside nonprofit organizations, from the front lines up to VP of Operations, taught me where the real pressure lives. It's not always at the top. It's the middle manager holding their team together with no support of their own. It's the leader in transition who has no one to think out loud with. It's the organization running on systems that were never built to last.

That's the work I know. And that's exactly what I show up for.

I'm a certified professional coach and consultant with a Master's in Public Administration and a background in Psychology, which means I bring both the strategic and the human to every engagement.
